Day 322 - A Year of Spiritual Awakening - Go Into Meditation...

Lesson 322: Go Into Meditation...

Today we are to meditate and feel love, bliss, joy…. Know that you can heal yourself with the Divine’s help through this love. Today we are going to go through the four passage of the heart of pain, compassion, connection and love. Every time you feel love, cycle whatever you are facing through these passages. Do it as many times as you need. Do you notice the vibration change? Do you notice how quickly you can go into this state?

I meditated on some angry feelings I have towards work. Things transpired that I wasn’t happy about. I just didn’t want to feel this way anymore. I closed my eyes, went through the passages of the heart and applied the healing to myself and the work environment. I just filled my work place with some pink and green light. I hope on Monday when I return that it will be all good. That I won’t feel so unmotivated and have a better feeling when I go in. When I did this meditation, I felt better. I do feel that I need to repeat this step for this particular instance in order to feel the best. So I will take it home when I have a quiet moment and keep applying some healing energy towards my work situation and environment. If the bliss feeling can be applied in various instances, I think I will find peace in the situation in order to move forward.

I realise that I was creating my low vibration. We can always get out of this low vibration at any point. It’s just our willingness to do it, that makes all the difference.

Day 321 - A Year to Clear - Mirror Meditation

Lesson 321: Mirror Meditation

Today we are to stand in front a mirror and close our eyes, breathing in deeply. On each out breathe repeat “Let it all go.. just let it go… and show me your spirit” three times. Open your eyes and look at yourself. What are you noticing and do you feel you look the same as before you started the exercise? Once you have reflected, repeat the words “I exist. I matter. It is safe for me to show my true self”. How do you feel after you look at yourself once again?

When I looked at myself, I noticed that I looked young and innocent. I do think I am cute. I noticed a young girl in me even though I’m not so young. It’s nice to look at yourself with a different perspective. I think if this was a consistent practise, I would feel good every day and love myself more. I feel like the point of this lesson is to teach us that we can really be kind towards our self if we can consistently put into practise delivering kind words to ourselves.

Lesson 320: Every Time You Exist in Love...

 

… it opens avenues for you to get to love once again. Through practises such as meditation or prayer, you can have direct connection to the Divine and therefore hold highest vibration of love. This is something you have to do for yourself. No one can pray or meditate for you. The way you connect to the Divine is solely your connection. Today we are asked if we meditate or pray, and to know that this is the path to love.

I have never thought of prayer or meditation to be a path to love. I meditate on occasion but not often as I should. I think I can spare 5-10 minutes every day from this day forward to meditate to open myself up more and be more self-loving. I do pray every day. When I am in bed, I go over all the things that I am grateful and thankful for that occurred during the day. It is quite fulfilling doing this every day. I also send love out to others that need more help than I do. I am always thinking about those that have it tougher than myself, so I am always hoping that they get the love and support that they need, whoever they are. I didn’t know by having my own practises in this way that it’s a path for me to love. Does this mean if I meditate regularly that I can have a deeper connection to love? I guess I will find out.

Day 262 - A Year to Clear - AUDIO Meditation - Rest

Lesson 262: AUDIO Meditation - Rest

Today is about meditating on the following phrases:

  • I rest in stillness

  • I rest in awareness

  • I rest

You can take yourself through the guided audio or go through repeating these phrases yourself. Just close your eyes, let go of any thoughts for the day and take some deep breaths in through the nose and out of the mouth. Let your mind be still and repeat the first phrase. Once you’ve feel you’ve accomplished this, move onto the second phrases. Again, once you’ve feel you’ve accepted this phrase, move onto the last one. Let any emotions rise up or physical feelings, but you don’t have to do anything about it. When you feel ready, open your eyes and allow yourself to let any feelings that came up during the meditation, to be let go.

When I was meditating, I was taken to a valley. I was standing up the top and could see various cliff faces in the distance as well as a stream in the valley. It was just a rock faced valley without trees but it seemed peaceful. It was nice. Not sure where those images came from, but it was like I needed to be transported there for this meditation to just sink in. It was still. I appreciate this simple exercise to switch off and take a moment of rest.

Day 200 - A Year to Clear - AUDIO Meditation - Accept

Lesson 200: AUDIO Meditation - Accept

Today is about following a meditation or if you can’t access the audio meditate on the following 4 phrases:

  • I am here
  • I am now
  • I accept
  • I allow

Really take in some deep breaths and breathe in these phrases for as long as you need on each one. Be in a quiet room and just let our mind clear on each breath. Notice your feelings and emotions, notice your space, notice if you feel differently. What you want to achieve is how each of these phrases radiate out into your body, soul and mind.

I personally felt like it brought on a calmness. That I could go into nothingness whilst believing each phrase and accepting each one. I was at peace in those moments. I liked the feeling of nothing bad impacting me. Just a letting go and being free in nothingness. There isn’t really much more to explain except that it was freeing.
