Lesson 247: The Best Beauty Treatment

Today is a lesson on vibration. The secret to looking younger according to Stephanie Bennett Vogt is vibration. Although you may think it’s a good diet, good lifestyle, good community - which may very well add to it, it ultimately is vibration. If you’re on a high vibration and sending out happiness, then this contributes to feeling younger. We are to think about how we can create more of this in order to look and feel young.

I understand the lesson that if you practise and vibrate happiness that you may start to notice the differences in your life, including feeling younger. What I want to point out is that it comes with people’s circumstances. Sometimes we can be challenged, or stressed, just based on a certain situation that we face. Stress, I’ve read can cause aging. So, you might just have a lot on your plate and it’s not really your fault, it’s just the circumstance at the time. So if you are caught up in stressful situations, how does one always vibrate at a higher level? Sometimes you just can’t. That’s not being pessimistic, it’s more being realistic.

Don’t get me wrong, I like the idea of always vibrating at a higher level to reverse effects of aging and feel and look younger, though circumstances can override that and you inadvertently age as a result. It’s not to say a light at the end of the tunnel won’t come and you can’t start to vibrate at a high level, but does this natural cycle of ups and downs prevent you from really feeling younger?

Maybe I’ve missed the point of the lesson, but it was just something I was thinking about. I guess my take away from this lesson is that when you have the opportunity to vibrate at a high level, do it. There wouldn’t be anything in your way to spread out that happiness when you have nothing in the way of it. I know you feel good from happiness which I guess would allow you to vibrate that through your body. I guess the question is, how does one maintain it as often as they can?

Lesson 200: Jesus Said Wherever Two or Three of You Are...

… congregated is where we can expand on love. Today is about gathering people to hold high vibration with. Sometimes we cannot hold it on our own, so if we seek the right people, then we can create a high vibration that can be shared.
I’m still riding a wave at work, so today’s lesson wasn’t one I could achieve today. I have however sought out people to join in a circle to raise our vibration through witchcraft. When I met these people, I felt like we were meant to join each other and meditate or expand our skills. We would be sharing energy or helping each other in life. I didn’t recognise the signs the Universe was sending me but I felt like these people crossed my path for a reason. When I am with them, the energy changes. Whether I have low energy or not, my vibration will raise when I’m with this people. I think it’s good to have those kinds of people around, not necessarily to feed off their energy but learn from their energy. I think when I am around other high vibing people, it makes me want to be high vibing too. It’s a motivation that I sometimes need to kick myself into gear. Not always easy, that’s for sure!

I sometimes find it hard to always be the high vibrational person of a group if everyone else is low. Some people can do it amazingly and I tip my hat to them. I can find it very draining and then that’s not good for my own self-care. I think I try to not push my limits and it’s kind of selfish in that way, but I also need to look after myself too. I prefer to share the high vibration with others rather than hold it all for the group or for another person.

Lesson 194: When You Argue With Someone...

Let’s not argue with someone today. That’s the lesson… but also not quite. When we argue with someone, we tend to have a certain element of energy – whether that be frustration, anger, excitement… that conducts within that argument. Today, we are to “look outside the facts” and try instead by looking at the vibration/frequency. We are to move to into our compassion to raise our vibration so that the person we are arguing with, matches your vibration. We are there to lift it. We can make this change in others.
I personally do not go out of my way to argue with others. I tend to only place a point across when I need to. I just don’t see the point in arguing. I accept healthy discussions with good action points that leads to a good outcome.

If there are arguments, I sit there and listen. If I feel a rise in me, then I will say something to stand up for myself but it’s never in an argumentative way. I’ve found that the situations I’ve been in, actually involve people not telling full truths or trying to cut me down, so of course, I will stand up for me or others that need my voice. I can’t actually think of lately where I have argued with someone. There are some things we do at work in which I don’t understand why we are doing them, but I can’t say I argue with my manager, but I rather try to gain a better understanding of why I am doing the work. Most of the time, I kind of fall flat in that regard because the reason why I do my work is convoluted and though it doesn’t make sense to me (and often times I think it’s a waste of time), it makes sense to someone else who is higher up than me.

Anyway, this lesson is kind of lost on me because I don’t argue with people. Maybe, I’m practising this good vibration method more than I realise. I am always seeking to create an environment that is good and welcoming. I am always out to treat people how I want to be treated. I just want people to be their best selves when they are around me, so to be in arguments is not something you’ll see me doing actively.

Try actively changing the vibration of arguments by applying compassion and see if it makes a difference in your life.

Lesson 165: Energy Vibrates at...

So, today I am to see take a moment of reflection and see what energy shifts have taken place since I started this course and what my vibration is like.

I have taken my life in a completely different direction to what I thought I would. I didn’t know what I wanted to ultimately do in life but since starting my spiritual path, I know what I need to do. I think the most part is truly accepting myself and knowing that there is a higher purpose for me and I have to work hard to achieve that. I think I am living my best life and I have this path I’m on to thank. What I have noticed is that I want to try and understand people better. I am more patient and tolerant that I have ever been before. I do have my angry outbursts at times but I become aware of my actions and try to dial it back. I think I am so much more self-aware than I ever have been and that’s a good thing! I think the major lesson so far is to have more compassion of self as I do for others. This is ultimately what I believe makes the world a better place and when we can forgive ourselves, it makes it easier to be kind to others. I know I want to help people in this world in my own way. I feel like I’m vibrating at a higher level than I was a year ago. It’s amazing how you can change in a year to the complete opposite of what you were. I was awakened and I never looked back. I know there are even more good things to come and I am going to make it happen.

Day 164 - A Year of Spiritual Awakening - Consider the Vibration of...

Lesson 164: Consider the Vibration of...

Today we are to consider the vibration of all things on this Earth. A dog vibrates differently to a human, a stone vibrates differently to a river… and it’s possible for all these things to have different vibrations whether higher or lower than one another. What about your own vibration? We are to imagine in our mind’s eye a sliding bar and allow the Divine to inform us on this sliding bar, where exactly our vibration is – low being left and right being high. Let it guide you today.

When I closed my eyes and looking into my sliding bar, it was slightly off centre to the right. I do feel a bit unwell at the moment so my vibration is to the left. I am feeling a bit tired so it makes sense that I would be vibrating lower than normal. What I have learned is that I do need to rest and slow down. My whole month of June is hectic so I know I need to rest when I can. Something to work on. Just so much going on with readings, got a belly dance performance, different concerts I’m going to, trying to fix my back problems and expanding my spirituality. Once July hits, I can breathe a bit better and have more relaxing time.
