Lesson 150: The Pleasures of the Body...

The pleasures of the body are manifold. Many of you are diligent in your pursuit of health, vibrancy, performance. But when the focus is only on the body—when the body is used as a releasing point, instead of the heart—this is not useful to you.
— Sara Wiseman

So, today’s lesson is about release. If you use exercise as a way of release, what happens on all those days that you don’t exercise? If you don’t have the pleasure of physical release what is your alternative? Do you use meditation, prayer or music to release anything that doesn’t serve you well?

I put on some calming music to try and get the noise of my neighbours having sex out of my head, but I also had just done about 10 medium readings for other people and just wanted a pick me up through meditation. I can safely say that it was a bit of a boost as I used breathing technique to accompany it. I didn’t end up getting the sexual noises out of my head – it was so damn loud. But to release, I usually listen to music as well. I need this tool especially as I’m walking to work as I get anxiety sometimes before I need to go. I usually pray before I go to bed just to thank the Universe and anyone in spirit for giving me a good day. I learn from my mother that every day we wake up is a gift so we should appreciate that. So, I just go over all the highlights and be thankful.

What do you do for release from the heart? And what methods do you use?

Day 150 - A Year to Clear - Pet Peeve

Lesson 150: Pet Peeve

We all have pet peeves. Mine are usually in relation to people but today’s lesson is focused on ourselves and our space. What is in your house that is a bit of a pet peeve. Maybe it’s dishes piling up and no one does them. Maybe you have such a big mess of clothes piled on the floor that you don’t know what’s clean anymore so you’re always washing clean clothes. Maybe items are thrown all of over the place, that you just never attend to it.

If we all took a minute to attend to these items and brought awareness as a planet, what would that feeling be like?

When I’m reading this lesson, one of my first thoughts was – I don’t think everyone would stop to think about the pet peeve areas of their house and how they can apply clearing. My thoughts were mainly surrounded by the fact that some people have bigger issues than clearing. LOL. Anyway, I imagine if that we were a collective and consciously cleared items together, there would be an energy shift. What this course has taught me that we are moving about stuck energy, so if we all moved stuck energy, it would make way for more positive things to occur.

What are you thoughts on it?
